Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

We currently ship to the United States, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand only.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent to your email once your order ships. Some carriers may take 2–5 business days to update tracking status. Tracking may not be available for certain free shipping options.
Multiple Packages
To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may ship in separate packages.
Signature Confirmation
- Orders under $200: no signature required
- Orders over $200: signature may be required upon delivery
If you won't be available at delivery, please provide an alternate address to avoid missed deliveries.
Invalid Address
If your shipping address is flagged as invalid, we'll contact you before dispatching your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur a reshipping fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, GooGeer is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries. We will, however, do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
